摘要:
目的 研究医疗机构不良事件及安全隐患报告实施的效果及存在的问题。方法 回顾性分析2013年~2015年医院医疗不良事件报告实施的情况，并对报告中的相关数据进行分析。结果 护理人员为不良事件上报的主要人群，占比66.28%；病区为不良事件发生的主要场所，占比90.93%；从发生后果看，2级不良事件占比58.99%；护理不良事件年报告例数在200~250件，诊疗不良事件、药物相关不良事件、非诊疗不良事件报告例数较少。结论 不良事件报告需构建多种方式进行激励；报告渠道的便捷及多样化有利于医务人员进行报告；培训体制及安全文化的引领需要进一步加强。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect and existing problems of adverse events and safety hidden trouble report in medical institutions.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the implementation of the medical adverse events report in hospitals during the from 2013 to 2015,and the relevant data were analyzed.Results Nursing staff were the main people who reported adverse events,accounting for 66.28%,the ward was the main place where adverse events occurred,the proportion was 90.93%.From the perspective of the consequences,the level 2 adverse events accounted for 58.99%;the number of cases reported for nursing adverse events was 200-250,and the number of adverse events,drug-related adverse events, and non-diagnostic adverse events were reported.Conclusion The adverse event report needs to be encouraged by many ways,the convenience and diversity of reporting channels is helpful for medical personnel to report,and the guidance of training system and safety culture needs to be further strengthened.
