摘要:
目的 掌握邵武市布鲁氏杆菌人间感染的流行趋势，逐步控制人间布鲁氏杆菌病的发病率，促进养殖业持续健康发展。方法 按照《布鲁氏菌病防治手册》，采用虎红平板凝集试验与试管凝集试验相结合的方法对涉及家畜交易、屠宰、养殖、挤乳和畜产品加工等布病高危人群进行血清学检测。结果 2016年~2017年我市共检样品429份，SAT阳性11例，其中10例抗体滴度为1:100，1例抗体滴度为1:400，阳性率为2.56%。网络直报阳性13例。结论 大量牲畜从外地引进未经有效检疫和管理，从业人员对布病的危害认识不足、自我防护的意思淡薄布病流行的主要原因，应加强牲畜流通环节的检疫和管理，做好牛羊等牲畜的集中定点屠宰，开展宣传教育，作业过程中做好个人防护，以控制疫情。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To grasp the epidemic trend of human infection of Brucella in Shaowu City,gradually control the incidence of human brucellosis and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the aquaculture industry.Methods According to the"Brucellosis Control Handbook",the combination of the tiger red plate agglutination test and the tube agglutination test is used to deal with high risk of brucellosis involving livestock trading,slaughtering,breeding,milking and processing of livestock products.The population was tested for serology.Results From 2016 to 2017,429 samples were tested in the city,and 11 cases were positive for SAT.Among them,10 cases had an antibody titer of 1:100,1 case had an antibody titer of 1:400,and the positive rate was 2.56%.There were 13 cases of direct network positive.Conclusion A large number of livestock imported from the field without effective quarantine and management,practitioners have insufficient understanding of the harm of brucellosis,self-protection means the main cause of epidemics,and should strengthen the quarantine and management of livestock circulation,and do a good job in cattle and sheep,etc.The livestock are concentrated and slaughtered,and publicity and education are carried out.Personal protection is provided during the operation to control the epidemic.
