摘要:
在公立医院股份制改革新形势下，医院信息化建设也面临新的挑战与机遇，信息部门如果能通过技术和服务创新，融入到整个医院管理工作中，为医院发展、管理提供决策依据，将会为自身的发展赢得更多的支持，拓宽自身发展之路。本文以郴州市第一人民医院东院信息化建设项目为例，结合分院的定位和集团的信息化现状，分析了建设过程中存在的几个难点，总结了一些实践经验，并对信息部门提出了未来的发展思路。
Abstract:
Abstract：Under the new situation of public hospital shareholding reform,hospital information construction is also facing new challenges and opportunities.If the information department can integrate into the entire hospital management work through technology and service innovation,it will provide decision-making basis for hospital development and management.To win more support for its own development and broaden its own development path.Taking the informatization construction project of East Hospital of Chenzhou First People's Hospital as an example,this paper analyzes some difficulties in the construction process,summarizes some practical experiences and puts forward some future development ideas for the information department.
