摘要:
医学信息标准化建设涉及的领域众多，工作量极为庞大。目前标准体系尚不完善、标准产业脱节、标准化意识不足、高素质专业人才仍显匮乏等问题，尤其是人才问题更是已经成为了制约医学信息标准化建设的核心因素。针对以上问题，本文针对性的提出了合理借鉴和吸收国外先进成果、完善利益分配机制、打造专业性研究机构和技术队伍等建议，旨在为我国医学信息标准化建设提供参考。
Abstract:
There are many fields involved in the standardization of medical information construction,and the workload is extremely large.At present,the standard system is still not perfect,the standard industry is out of line,the awareness of standardization is insufficient, and the high-quality professional talents are still lacking.Especially the talent problem has become the core factor restricting the standardization of medical information.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for rational reference and absorption of foreign advanced achievements,improvement of interest distribution mechanism,and creation of professional research institutions and technical teams,aiming at providing reference for the construction of medical information standardization in China.
