摘要:
局限性游走性骨质疏松是髋关节骨髓水肿综合征中一种特殊类型的“子疾病”,临床较少见。目前学界认为BMES是一种不明原因的自限性疾病,临床表现为病变骨组织的暂时性水肿。因其发病率较低且容易与临床表现类似的相关疾病混淆,近年来该病的诊断和治疗仍未有更新。本文对1例局限性游走性骨质疏松症的病例作以报道,以探讨RMO的诊断思路及骨髓水肿与不可逆性骨质破坏并存时的诊断、治疗方案。
Abstract:
Regional migratory osteoporosisis a special type of "sub-disease" in hip bone marrow edema syndrome, which is rare in clinical practice. At present, the academic community believes that BMES is an unexplained self-limiting disease, and the clinical manifestation is temporary edema of the diseased bone tissue. The diagnosis and treatment of the disease has not been updated in recent years due to its low incidence and confusion with related diseases. This article reports on a case of regional migratory osteoporosis to explore the diagnostic thinking of RMO and the diagnosis and treatment of bone marrow edema and irreversible bone destruction.
