摘要:
通过分析我国目前护理专业课程体系现状及研究意义，阐述了“岗证课”对接的模块化课程体系内涵，重点介绍了“岗证课”对接的模块化课程体系建设的主要内容：深化“校企合作，工学交替”的人才培养模式，校企共建“人文素质+专业群基础能力+专业核心能力+职业拓展能力”的模块化课程体系，搭建数字化特色专业教学资源，完善了由单项实训、专项实训、综合实训和顶岗实习四个阶段构成的“四段递进”式的实践教学体系。“岗证课”对接的模块化课程体系体现了新的护理教育理念，达到了培养实用型技术技能型护理人才的目的。
Abstract:
Abstract：By analyzing the current status and research significance of nursing professional curriculum system in our country,expounding the connotation of"post certificate course"docking,and focuses on the main content of the construction of modular curriculum system of"post certificate course"docking:deepen talent training mode of“Co-operation between school and enterprise, alternation of work and learning",school and enterprise co-operate to build a modular curriculum system of"humanistic quality+professional based ability+professional core competencies+occupation developing ability",build the characteristics of digital professional teaching resources,improve the"four-stage progressive"practical teaching system composed of four stages:single training,special training,comprehensive training and post practice.The modular curriculum system of"post certificate course"embodies the new concept of nursing education and achieves the goal of cultivating practical technical and technical nursing talents.
