摘要:
目的 总结对急性一氧化碳中毒并发脑梗死患者的护理方法。方法 通过对我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治的63例一氧化碳中毒并发脑梗死患者的护理，总结护理要点及方法。结果 63例患者在符合高压氧治疗条件下能配合进行高压氧治疗，53例患者痊愈，9例患者病情明显改善，遗留有轻度肢体功能障碍等症状体征，1例出现意识障碍加重，家属放弃治疗出院。结论 及时有效的治疗和护理在降低急性一氧化碳中毒并发脑梗死患者致残率和致死率中起着非常重要的作用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing methods of patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning complicated by cerebral infarction.Methods Through the hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 admitted 63 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning in patients with cerebral infarction care,nursing points and methods.Results 63 patients underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the conditions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,53 patients were cured,9 patients were significantly improved,left mild limb dysfunction and other symptoms and signs,1 case of disturbance of consciousness,family members to give up treatment was discharged.Conclusion Prompt and effective treatment and care play a very important role in reducing morbidity and mortality in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning complicated by cerebral infarction.
