摘要:
目的 探究热毒宁注射液治疗病毒性急性气管-支气管炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的病毒性急性气管-支气管炎患者68例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组34例。对照组给予西药综合治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予热毒宁注射液治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间和治疗时间。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%，优于对照组的76.47%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的退热时间、肺部啰音及咳嗽消失时间、治疗时间均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用热毒宁注射液治疗病毒性急性气管-支气管炎，可有效改善患者临床症状及体征，缩短治疗时间，临床疗效显著，值得推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Reduning injection on viral acute trachea bronchitis.Methods 68 patients with acute trachea bronchitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with Reduning injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, symptom disappearance time and treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,which was better than that in the control group 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of antipyretic,the disappearance of lung rale and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of viral acute tracheo-bronchitis with Reduning injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs,shorten the treatment time, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable,which is worth popularizing.
