摘要:
目的 探讨头孢菌素类药物常见不良反应产生原因及护理应对措施。方法 选取2013年12月~2016年10月镇江市第一人民医院新区分院收治头孢菌素类药物不良反应患者80例，通过查阅患者病例了解患者使用头孢菌素类药物产生不良反应的原因、临床表现等，根据产生的原因提出相应的护理对策。结果 头孢菌素类药物常见不良反应前三位的分别为：个体差异（28.75%）、年龄过小或过大（16.25%）、情绪因素（12.50%）；常见不良反应前三位的分别为：消化系统反应（27.50%）、循环系统反应（22.50%）及神经系统反应（18.75%）。结论 头孢菌素类药物临床使用药物不良反应发生率较高，产生的原因也较多，应制定相应的护理措施进行护理干预，做到正确、合理、规范用药，降低不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the causes of common adverse reactions of cephalosporins and nursing countermeasures.Methods From December 2013 to October 2016,80 patients with adverse reactions of cephalosporins were treated in the new district of the first people's hospital of Zhenjiang city.The causes of adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins were investigated by consulting the patients.According to the clinical manifestation and so on,the corresponding nursing countermeasures were put forward according to the causes.Results The first three common adverse reactions of cephalosporins were as follows:The individual differences were 28.75%,the age was too small or too large 16.25%,and the emotional factors were 12.50%.The top three common adverse reactions were: digestive system reaction 27.50%,circulatory system response 22.50%,and nervous system response 18.75%.Conclusion The incidence of adverse drug reactions in clinical use of cephalosporins is high,and there are many reasons for this.Therefore,nursing interventions should be formulated to achieve correct,reasonable,standardized drug use and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
