摘要:
目的 探究优质护理服务ICU护理风险规避中的应用价值。方法 选取2016年8月~2018年5月我院接收的ICU患者88例，按随机数字表法分为研究组与参照组，各44例。研究组采用优质护理，参照组采用常规护理，比较两组护理风险事件发生率以及护理满意度评分。结果 研究组护理风险事件发生率为4.54%，低于参照组的18.18%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组护理满意度评分为（94.36±2.85）分，高于参照组的（83.71±4.77）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用优质护理服务可有效减少ICU护理风险事件发生，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective Exploring the application value of ICU nursing risk avoidance in quality nursing services.Methods 88 ICU patients received from our hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into study group and reference group according to the random number table method, 44 cases each. The study group used quality nursing, and the reference group used routine nursing to compare the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction scores.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was 4.54%, which was lower than 18.18% in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was (94.36±2.85), which was higher than that of the reference group (83.71±4.77),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality care services can effectively reduce ICU care risk events and improve care satisfaction.
