摘要:
目的 了解南宁市居民对器官捐献的认知度和认可度，为制定提高南宁市居民器官捐献意愿的策略提供参考。方法 参考器官捐赠量表设计问卷，其中器官捐献知识共10道判断题，总分10分，得分越高表示知识掌握越好；器官捐献态度部分采用Likert 5分制，得分越高表示器官捐选的态度越正向。采用方便抽样方法，利用纸质问卷或问卷星二维码对南宁市居民的一般情况、器官捐献知识、器官捐献态度进行问卷调查。结果 共调查504名居民，有效份数499份，其中男性148人，女性351人。对于是否同意器官捐献：47.92%受访者选择“同意”，45.21%受访者选择“不确定”，6.88%受访者选择“不同意”。器官捐献知识得分为和态度得分分别为（6.61±0.17）分、（3.62±0.74）分。结论 南宁市居民器官捐献认知和愿意捐献器官率偏低，多渠道宣传可能提高器官捐献认知度与认可度。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the recognition and willingness of organ donation by residents in Nanning, and to provide reference for formulating strategies to improve the willingness of residents to donate organs in Nanning.Methods The questionnaire was designed with reference to the organ donation scale. The organ donation knowledge consisted of 10 judgment questions with a total score of 10 points. The higher the score, the better the knowledge mastery. The organ donation attitude was based on the Likert 5 system. The higher the score, the organ donation. The more positive the attitude. Questionnaire survey was conducted on the general situation of the residents of Nanning, organ donation knowledge, and organ donation attitude using a paper-based questionnaire or questionnaire star QR code using a convenient sampling method.Results A total of 504 residents were surveyed, with 499 valid copies, including 148 males and 351 females.Regarding whether or not to agree to organ donation: 47.92% of respondents chose "consent", 45.21% of respondents chose "unsure", and 6.88% of respondents chose "disagree". The organ donation knowledge score and attitude score were (6.61±0.17) points and (3.62±0.74) points, respectively.Conclusion The recognition of organ donation and willingness to donate organs in Nanning is low. Multi-channel publicity may increase the recognition and recognition of organ donation.
