摘要:
目的 探讨痰热清注射液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的疗效。方法 选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的老年CAP患者122例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（60例）和观察组（62例）。对照组给予头孢呋辛钠治疗，观察组给予痰热清注射液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗，比较两组咳嗽、咳痰、退热、肺部啰音消失时间，胸部X线炎症吸收情况、白细胞计数（WBC）、治疗总有效率、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组咳嗽、咳痰、退热、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组胸部X线总吸收率为93.55%，高于对照组的78.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为95.16%，高于对照组的81.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平、WBC计数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 痰热清注射液辅助治疗老年CAP具有较好的疗效，可有效缓解患者临床症状、减轻机体炎症反应，安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of elderly community acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with CAP who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (62 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium, and the observation group was treated with Tanreqing injection combined with cefuroxime sodium. The cough, sputum, fever, lung rales disappeared time, chest X-ray inflammation absorption, white blood cell count (WBC), total effective rate of treatment, inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The cough, sputum, fever, and lung rales disappeared in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total chest X-ray absorption rate in the observation group was 93.55%, which was higher than that in the control group. 78.33%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.16%, which was higher than 81.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and WBC count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05 ). Conclusion Tanreqing injection has good curative effect in the treatment of elderly CAP. It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the body’s inflammatory response. It is safe and reliable.
