摘要:
目的 探讨乳腺癌残障蛋白-1(Dab1)与E-钙粘蛋白(E-cad)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与上皮间质转化(EMT)的相关性。方法 收集2018年3月~2019年3月佳木斯大学附属第一医院病理科乳腺癌组织与癌旁组织各80例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺癌Dab1和E-cad的表达,并分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 Dab1在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为45.00%(36/80),在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为75.00%(60/80);E-cad在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为60.00%(48/80),在癌旁组织中的阳性表达为85.00%(68/80),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、月经史、肿瘤大小间Dab1、E-cad阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同TNM分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移情况间Dab1、E-cad阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关分析显示,Dab1和E-cad呈正相关(r=0.226,P<0.05)。结论 Dab1、E-cad在乳腺癌中异常表达,二者呈正相关,均与乳腺癌临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移相关,可作为判断乳腺癌预后的指标。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of breast cancer disability protein-1(Dab1) and E-cadherin(E-cad)in breast cancer and their correlation with epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 80 cases of breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues from the Department of Pathology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were selected.The expressions of Dab1 and E-cad in breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their correlation with the relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.Results The positive expression rate of Dab1 in breast cancer tissues was 45.00% (36/80),and the positive expression rate in adjacent tissues was 75.00%(60/80).The positive expression rate of E-cad in breast cancer tissues 60.00%(48/80),the positive expression in the adjacent tissues was 85.00%(68/80),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Dab1, E-cad positive rates between different ages,menstrual history,and tumor size(P>0.05);Dab1,E-cad positive rates were different among different TNM stages,degrees of differentiation, and lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that Dab1 and E-cad were positively correlated (r=0.226,P<0.05).Conclusion Dab1 and E-cad are abnormally expressed in breast cancer.Both of them are positively correlated,and both are related to the clinical stage of breast cancer,the degree of tumor differentiation,and lymph node metastasis.Therefore,the two can be used as indicators to judge the prognosis of breast cancer.
