摘要:
目的 探讨品管圈在提高管路标识规范率中的作用。方法 收集2015年1月~7月我院脑外科收治的患者150例的相关资料，成立品管圈活动小组，以“提高管路标识规范率”为活动主题，调查现状，分析管路标识不规范的原因，设定目标，拟定对策，实施相应对策，通过持续的质量改进对活动开展前后管路标识的规范率进行比较。结果 品管圈活动实施以后，管路标识规范率由原来的90.00%提高至95.33%，品管圈成员在品管圈的应用、专业知识、协作精神、团队荣誉感、责任心、活动信心等方面的能力得到了显著的提高。结论 品管圈有助于提高管路标识规范率及圈员的综合能力，进一步提高护理服务质量，患者的满意度，降低护理差错发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of quality control circles in improving the normative rate of pipeline identification. Methods From January to July 2015, we collected relevant data of 150 patients admitted to the brain surgery department of our hospital, and established a quality control circle activity group, with the activity theme of the activity was "improving the normative rate of pipeline identification", investigate the status quo, analyze the causes of irregular pipe markings, set goals, formulate countermeasures, and implement corresponding countermeasures, the normative rate of pipeline identification before and after the activity is compared through continuous quality improvement. Results After the implementation of QC circle activities, the normative rate of pipeline identification increased from 90.00% to 95.33%. The application of QC circle members in QC circle, professional knowledge, spirit of cooperation, team honor, responsibility, activity confidence, etc ability has been significantly improved. Conclusion The quality control circle is helpful to improve the normative rate of circuit identification and the comprehensive ability of circle members, further improve the quality of nursing services, patient satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
