摘要:
在大数据信息化背景下,医院图书馆需要积极提高数字化、个性化服务的质量,创新服务模式,提高护理人员的信息化学习能力,同时满足护理人员的职业发展需求。本文从胸部疾病专科护理发展方向出发,分析了我院图书馆服务现状及问题,针对护理人员对信息化服务的需求,提出了个性化的信息培训服务,并对该培训模式进行了总结,旨在通过个性化服务模式的开展,提高护理人员的到馆学习量、数据库注册量、电话咨询量及发表论文量。
Abstract:
In the context of big data informatization, hospital libraries need to actively improve the quality of digital and personalized services and innovate service models, improve the information learning ability of nursing staff, and meet the professional development needs of nursing staff. This article starts from the development direction of chest disease specialty nursing, analyzes the current status and problems of the library services in our hospital, proposes personalized information training services for the needs of nursing staff for information services, and summarizes the training model. Through the development of personalized service models, the number of nursing staff visiting the library, the number of database registrations, the number of telephone consultations and the number of published papers are increased.
