摘要:
目的 探讨实施延伸行为靶向干预对出院后初诊中青年糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响。方法 采取便利抽样的方法,选择丽水某三甲医院2016年5~12月因糖尿病首次住院的中青年糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组仅实施常规健康教育与出院随访,试验组在对照组的基础上实施延伸行为靶向干预方法。应用糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)分别于入院时、出院后6个月对两组患者进行测评并比较。结果 两组干预前自我管理行为量表6个维度得分情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后两组6个月试验组总体饮食、具体饮食、运动、血糖监测、足部护理和遵医用药6个维度得分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与常规糖尿病健康教育和出院随访相比,延伸行为靶向干预模式有助于更好地促进初诊中青年糖尿病患者建立良好的自我管理行为,是一种行之有效的管理模式。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of implementing extended behavior targeted intervention on self-management behaviors of young and middle-aged diabetic patients after initial discharge. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 60 young and middle-aged diabetic patients who were hospitalized for diabetes for the first time in a top three hospital in Lishui from May to December 2016,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group only implemented routine health education and discharge follow-up, and the experimental group implemented extended behavior targeted intervention based on the control group. The Diabetes Self-management Behavior Scale (SDSCA) was used to evaluate and compare the two groups of patients at admission and 6 months after discharge. Results The score comparison of the 6 dimensions of the self-management behavior scale before intervention between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); After discharge, the 6 months test group had higher scores in 6 dimensions of the overall diet, specific diet, exercise, blood glucose monitoring, foot care, and compliance medicine than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with routine diabetes health education and discharge follow-up, the extended behavioral targeted intervention model helps to promote the establishment of good self-management behaviors in young and middle-aged diabetic patients, and is an effective management model.
