摘要:
目的 观察冠心病采用依折麦布药物联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我院诊治的104例冠心病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各52例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合依折麦布治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后心电图、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（96.15%）高于对照组（82.69%）（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组心电图ST段位置均较治疗前下移，且观察组下移程度小于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组LDL-C、TG、TC均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀钙有助于提高冠心病治疗疗效，改善心电图表现，且不良反应少，联合用药较安全。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of coronary heart disease treated with ezetimibe and atorvastatin calcium.Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object. Using the random number table method is divided into control group and observation group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium, and the observation group was treated with ezetimibe on the basis of the control group. The total clinical treatment efficiency, ECG, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC) levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (96.15%) was higher than that in the control group (82.69%), the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); after treatment, the degree of the ST segment of the electrocardiogram in both groups was lowered than before treatment, and the observation group was moved down,the position was smaller than the control group(P＜0.05); after treatment, the two groups of LDL-C, TG, TC are lower than before treatment, and the observation group is lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ezetimibe combined with atorvastatin calcium can improve the therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease, improve electrocardiographic performance, and have fewer adverse reactions. It is safer to use the combination medication.
