摘要:
目的 分析静海区6~17岁青少年尿碘水平,了解本区重点人群碘营养现状,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法 于2016年11月采用多阶段分层调查284名6~17岁青少年尿碘水平,每人采集8~10 ml尿液样本,ICP-MS法检测尿碘水平。尿碘和年龄关系图采用一元线性回归分析,不同性别、学校差异采用单因素方差分析。结果 284份样本尿碘中位数为266.7 μg/L,样本中碘缺乏、碘适宜、碘超足量及碘过量分别占7.74%、22.18%、28.52%、41.55%,其中碘超足量及碘过量累计高达70.07%;男生、女生尿碘中位数为264.7 μg/L、266.7 μg/L,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6~10岁、11~17岁尿碘中位数分别为231.6 μg/L、308.1 μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);杨小庄小学、中旺小学、西翟庄小学、中旺镇中学、唐官屯中学尿碘中位数分别为234.2 μg/L、225.5 μg/L、326.6 μg/L、368.4 μg/L、380.8 μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 天津市静海区为高碘地区,本地区6~17岁尿碘水平偏高,且不同年龄、学校青少年尿碘水平存在差异,动态监测全区水碘含量以及重点人群碘营养水平至关重要,推行因地制宜的防控策略,以期达到预防控制碘过量引起的相关疾病。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the urinary iodine level of 6-17 year olds in Jinghai District, to understand the current status of iodine nutrition in the key population in this area, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and treatment strategies. Methods In November 2016, a multi-stage stratified survey was conducted on the urinary iodine level of 284 adolescents 6 to 17 years old. 8 to 10 ml urine samples were collected from each person. The urine iodine level was detected by ICP-MS. The relationship diagram between urine iodine and age was analyzed by univariate linear regression, and the difference between different genders and schools was analyzed by single factor analysis of variance.Results The median urinary iodine of 284 samples was 266.7 μg/L. Among the samples, iodine deficiency, appropriate iodine, excess iodine and excess iodine accounted for 7.74%, 22.18%, 28.52% and 41.55%, of which the excess iodine and iodine the cumulative overdose is as high as 70.07%; the median urinary iodine of boys and girls is 264.7 μg/L and 266.7 μg/L, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The median urinary iodine of 6-10 years old and 11-17 years old were 231.6 μg/L and 308.1 μg/L, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Yang Xiaozhuang Primary School, Zhongwang Primary School, Xizhaizhuang Primary School,the median urinary iodine of Zhongwang Town Middle School and Tangguantun Middle School were 234.2 μg/L, 225.5 μg/L, 326.6 μg/L, 368.4 μg/L, 380.8 μg/L, respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Jinghai District of Tianjin is a high iodine area. The urinary iodine level of 6-17 years old in this area is relatively high, and there are differences in the urinary iodine level of different ages and school adolescents. It is very important to dynamically monitor the water iodine content of the whole area and the iodine nutrition level of key populations. To implement prevention and control strategies tailored to local conditions with a view to preventing and controlling related diseases caused by excessive iodine.
