摘要:
目的 探讨一次性三腔两囊管护理包在三腔两囊管压迫止血中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2016年12月~2018年12月在本院进行三腔两囊管压迫止血的72例患者临床资料，根据随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组，每组36例。对照组使用传统的护理物品，实验组使用一次性三腔管护理包，比较两组所需护理工时、一次插管成功率及医护患满意度。结果 实验组操作所需护理工时为（9.58±1.23）min，少于对照组的（10.28±1.52）min ，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组一次插管成功率为100.00%，高于对照组的97.22%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实验组医生、护士、患者满意度得分分别为（4.30±0.92）分、（4.53±0.65）分、（4.44±0.69）分，高于对照组的（3.72±1.26）分、（3.81±1.28）分、（3.53±1.54）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用一次性三腔两囊管护理包可节约操作时间, 提高工作人员工作效率，降低交叉感染风险，提高医护患满意度，在三腔两囊管压迫止血中发挥积极作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of disposable three-cavity two-bladder tube nursing package in three-lumen two-bladder tube compression hemostasis.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients undergoing three-cavity two-bladder tube compression hemostasis in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, 36 cases in each group. The control group used traditional nursing items, and the experimental group used a disposable three-lumen tube nursing package to compare the nursing time required, the success rate of one intubation, and the satisfaction of medical patients. Results The nursing time required for operation in the experimental group was (9.58±1.23) min, which was less than (10.28±1.52) min in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the success rate of one intubation in the experimental group was 100.00%, high 97.22% of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05); the satisfaction scores of doctors, nurses and patients in the experimental group were (4.30±0.92), (4.53±0.65) and (4.44±0.69),the score was higher than that of the control group (3.72±1.26), (3.81±1.28), (3.53±1.54), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of disposable three-cavity two-bladder tube catheter care package can save operation time, improve the efficiency of staff, reduce the risk of cross-infection, improve the satisfaction of doctors and nurses, and play an active role in hemostasis by three-chamber and two-bladder tube compression.
