摘要:
目的 探讨PBL教学模式在骨关节外科学临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年7月~2018年7月于我院骨科关节外科实习的68名学生作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各34名,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用PBL教学模式,比较两组学生的理论成绩和临床操作成绩,自制调查问卷评估学生的学习兴趣、职业认同感、解决问题能力、思维能力和综合素质。结果 观察组理论成绩和临床操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生学习兴趣提高、职业认同感增强、解决问题能力增强、思维能力增强以及综合素质提高所占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与传统教学模式相比,PBL教学模式在骨关节外科学具有较好的应用效果,可提高实习学生理论知识水平与临床实际操作能力,有助于提高学生学习兴趣,值得应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching model in clinical teaching practice of bone and joint surgery.Methods A total of 68 students who practiced joint surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 34 students. The control group adopts traditional teaching mode and the observation group adopts PBL teaching model, compare the theoretical performance and clinical performance of the two groups of students, and self-made questionnaires to evaluate the students’ learning interest, professional identity, problem-solving ability, thinking ability and comprehensive quality. Results The observation group’s theoretical and clinical performance scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group’s students’ interest in learning, professional identity, problem-solving skills, thinking skills, and overall quality were improved. The proportions were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the PBL teaching mode has a better application effect in bone and joint surgery. It can improve the theoretical knowledge level and clinical practical operation ability of the intern students, and is helpful to improve the students’ interest in learning and is worthy of application.
