摘要:
目的 观察双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 选择2018年5月~2019年5月在我院诊治的96例小儿腹泻患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予蒙脱石散治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧三联活菌片治疗，比较两组患儿临床治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间、治疗前后免疫球蛋白、外周细胞CD4+、CD8+水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（95.83%）高于对照组（83.33%）（P＜0.05），观察组腹泻、腹痛、呕吐、发热症状消失时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组免疫球蛋白、外周细胞CD4+水平均高于治疗前，外周细胞CD8+水平均低于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切，有助于缩短临床症状消退时间，改善免疫力，且临床不良反应少，应用安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bifid triple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 96 children with pediatric diarrhea who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with bifid triple viable bacteria tablets on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and the immunoglobulin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Protein, peripheral cell CD4+, CD8+ levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (95.83%) was higher than that of the control group (83.33%)(P＜0.05). The disappearance time of diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, and fever in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05); after treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin and peripheral cell CD4+ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment. The CD8+ level of peripheral cells was lower than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group(P＜0.05); the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder have a definite effect in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea, which can help shorten the time for clinical symptoms to resolve, improve immunity, and have fewer clinical adverse reactions, and the application is safe and reliable.
