摘要:
产褥期是产妇分娩后身体完全恢复的这一时间段，通常为6周左右。由于分娩产妇身体消耗较大，子宫受到创伤，该时期产妇身体处于虚弱阶段，因此，做好产褥期保健工作具有重要意义。产妇对产褥期妇女保健知识的认知、保健行为的落实等均会影响其身体恢复，如何有效学习产褥期保健知识是做好产褥期保健工作的关键。本文就产褥期妇女生理和心理变化、存在问题、内容以及保健模式作一综述，旨在为临床产褥期妇女保健提供参考。
Abstract:
The puerperium is the period of time during which the mother’s body fully recovers after delivery, usually about 6 weeks. Due to the greater physical consumption of the parturient and the trauma of the uterus, the body of the parturient is in the weak stage during this period, so it is of great significance to do well in the health care during the puerperium. Maternal cognition of puerperal women’s health care knowledge and implementation of health care behaviors will affect their physical recovery. How to effectively learn puerperal health care knowledge is the key to doing puerperal health care. This article summarizes the physiological and psychological changes, existing problems, content and health care models of women in the puerperium, aiming to provide references for clinical health care of women in the puerperium.
