摘要:
伴随着世界老龄化的进程,无牙颌患者数量也逐渐增多。传统全口义齿的设计及制作多依赖于牙科医生及口腔技师的临床经验和加工制作技术,存在着患者就诊次数多、义齿加工制作步骤繁琐、牙列精确度不高等问题。近年来,三维扫描、计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)、三维打印等技术在全口义齿修复的各个环节已有广泛研究和应用,并且数字化全口义齿在全口义齿设计与制作等方面具有显著优势,数字化技术已然成为全口义齿修复的重要发展方向。本文主要对全口义齿修复各个步骤中数字化技术的应用进展进行综述,旨在提高全口义齿修复的效果。
Abstract:
As the world ages, the number of patients with edentulous jaws is gradually increasing. The design and manufacture of traditional complete dentures mostly relies on the clinical experience and processing technology of dentists and dental technicians. There are problems such as a large number of patient visits, complicated denture processing steps, and low dentition accuracy. In recent years, three-dimensional scanning, computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), three-dimensional printing and other technologies have been extensively researched and applied in all aspects of complete denture restoration, and digital complete dentures are used in the design and production of complete dentures. With significant advantages in other aspects, digital technology has become an important development direction for complete denture restoration. This article mainly reviews the application progress of digital technology in each step of complete denture restoration, aiming to improve the effect of complete denture restoration.
