摘要:
氯胺酮作为经典全身麻醉药物,曾在临床中广泛应用,但因对其副作用不断认识及新型麻醉药物的临床推广,氯胺酮逐渐淡出麻醉医生的视野。近年来随氯胺酮研究不断深入,研究发现临床使用亚麻醉剂量的氯胺酮可以发挥镇痛、抗焦虑抑郁效果,同时可以减少氯胺酮引起的全身麻醉术后不良反应。本文旨在综述亚麻醉剂量氯胺酮对老年患者术后急慢性疼痛、术后谵妄及全身麻醉后复苏的相关影响。
Abstract:
As a classic general anesthetic, ketamine has been widely used in clinics. However, due to the continuous recognition of its side effects and the clinical promotion of new anesthetics, ketamine has gradually faded out of the field of vision of anesthesiologists. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of ketamine research, studies have found that clinical use of sub-anaesthetic doses of ketamine can exert analgesic, anti-anxiety and depression effects, and at the same time reduce adverse reactions after general anesthesia caused by ketamine. This article aims to review the effects of subanesthetic doses of ketamine on postoperative acute and chronic pain, postoperative delirium and resuscitation after general anesthesia in elderly patients.
