摘要:
我国高原地区有其独特的地势地貌和气候特点,其中低压、低氧环境对人类的健康有一定影响,其不仅可以直接影响机体功能状态,且在机体受负荷刺激后,不同的地理环境因其气压等差异将产生不同的效应,如呼吸加快、心率增快、红细胞增多(血液粘滞性增加)等以应对高原地区的低压低氧环境,同时也会出现消化系统、泌尿系统以及认知记忆功能的减退,甚至发生高原相关疾病,对人体健康造成不利影响。本文就高原缓解对人体感觉、血液循环、呼吸系统、营养消化、视觉听觉、夜间睡眠、肾功能以及记忆认知的影响作一综述,以期为高原地区的人体健康研究提供参考。
Abstract:
The plateau area of China has its unique topography and climatic characteristics. Among them, low pressure and low oxygen environment have a certain impact on human health. It can not only directly affect the function state of the body, but also after the body is stimulated by the load, different geographical environments are due to their Differences in air pressure will produce different effects, such as faster breathing, faster heart rate, red blood cells (increased blood viscosity), etc. to cope with the low-pressure and low-oxygen environment in the plateau area, and the digestive system, urinary system, and cognitive memory will also appear the decline of function and even the occurrence of plateau-related diseases have adverse effects on human health. This article reviews the effects of altitude relief on human sensation, blood circulation, respiratory system, nutritional digestion, vision and hearing, night sleep, kidney function and memory cognition, in order to provide references for human health research in plateau areas.
