摘要:
目的 探讨闭环管理模式结合关键指标降低院内跌倒发生率的作用，以提高院内跌倒预防措施的有效落实率，从而降低院内跌倒的发生率。方法 选取2018年4月1日~2019年3月31日我院所有入院患者为研究对象，按照入院时间分组，运用前后对照方法，将2018年4月1日~9月30日入院患者作为对照组，给予常规院内防跌倒安全管理；将2018年10月1日~2019年3月31日入院患者作为实验组，采用防跌倒闭环管理模式结合关键指标进行防跌倒安全管理，比较两组院内跌倒发生率、Morse量表评估准确率、跌倒高危患者交接班落实率、防跌倒宣教落实率及防跌倒措施落实率。结果 实验组Morse量表评估准确率、跌倒高危患者交接班落实率、防跌倒宣教落实率及防跌倒措施落实率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组院内跌倒发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 闭环管理模式结合关键指标可更有效的对防跌倒进行了动态评估、措施落实、实时上报、持续追踪、标准化维持，做到动态、有效、持续、全程的管理，有效的降低了院内跌倒发生率，保障了患者安全，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of closed-loop management mode combined with key indicators in reducing the incidence of falls in the hospital, so as to improve the effective implementation rate of preventive measures for falls in the hospital, thereby reducing the incidence of falls in the hospital. Methods All the patients admitted in our hospital from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 were selected as the research objects, grouped according to the time of admission, using the before and after comparison method, and the patients admitted from April 1 to September 30, 2018 were used as controls The group was given routine fall prevention safety management in the hospital; the patients admitted from October 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 were used as the experimental group, and the fall prevention closed-loop management model combined with key indicators was used for fall prevention safety management, and the two groups were compared Incidence rate, Morse scale assessment accuracy rate, implementation rate of high-risk patients with falls, implementation rate of fall prevention education and implementation rate, and implementation rate of fall prevention measures.Results The incidence of falls in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the experimental group Morse scale assessment accuracy, implementation rate of high-risk patients with falls, implementation rate of fall prevention education and implementation rate of fall prevention measures All were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The closed-loop management mode combined with key indicators can more effectively carry out dynamic assessment, implementation of measures, real-time reporting, continuous tracking, and standard maintenance of fall prevention, achieving dynamic, effective, continuous, and full-process management, effectively reducing the occurrence of falls in the hospital Rate and ensure patient safety.
