摘要:
目的 探讨疼痛全程化护理管理在晚期癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的晚期癌痛患者70例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。对照组给予行常规护理，观察组给予疼痛全程化护理管理，比较两组BPI评分、药依从性及生活质量评分。结果 干预后，观察组BPI评分为（21.62±3.05）分，低于对照组的（30.41±2.10）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组用药依从性优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后观察组生活质量评分为（79.52±3.81）分，高于对照组的（61.40±6.92）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 疼痛全程化护理管理有助于缓解晚期癌痛患者的疼痛程度，提升患者用药依从性，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the application effect of full-course pain nursing management in patients with advanced cancer pain.Methods 70 patients with advanced cancer pain admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given full-course pain management. The BPI scores, drug compliance and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the BPI score of the observation group was (21.62±3.05) points, which was lower than the (30.41±2.10) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After the intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was (79.52±3.81) points, which was higher than the (61.40±6.92) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course pain nursing management can help relieve the pain of patients with advanced cancer pain, improve the compliance of patients with medication, and improve the quality of life of patients.
