摘要:
随着人们对高质量医疗服务的追求和移动互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能等技术的发展，传统的护士站、医生站等功能已无法满足人们日益增长的需求。信息技术已成为提高医疗服务质量、医疗工作效率和医院科学管理水平的有力手段，加快信息化建设是深化医院改革、促进医院发展的必然要求，因此智慧医院的建设与发展成为目前迫切需要发展的项目。智慧医院包括信息化系统升级、互联网医院平台建设、移动医院建设、物联网建设、临床科研大数据平台建设等。智慧医院建设涉及系统多，功能业务流程复杂，参与人数多，经历时间长。本文主要总结我院智慧医院项目的业务系统构成、技术设计和项目管理经验，以期为智慧医院的建设提供参考。
Abstract:
With people’s pursuit of high-quality medical services and the development of mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other technologies, traditional nurse stations, doctor stations and other functions can no longer meet people’s growing needs.Information technology has become a powerful means to improve the quality of medical services, the efficiency of medical work, and the level of scientific management of hospitals. Accelerating information construction is an inevitable requirement for deepening hospital reform and promoting hospital development.Therefore, the construction and development of smart hospitals has become an urgent need for development.Smart hospitals include information system upgrades, Internet hospital platform construction, mobile hospital construction, Internet of things construction, clinical scientific research big data platform construction, etc.The construction of a smart hospital involves many systems, complex functional business processes, a large number of participants, and a long experience.This article mainly summarizes the business system composition, technical design and project management experience of the smart hospital project in our hospital, in order to provide a reference for the construction of the smart hospital.
