摘要:
膝关节骨性关节炎是一种慢性退行性关节病变，该病初期以保守治疗为主，如理疗、药物治疗；晚期症状严重，保守治疗效果差则需手术治疗。因此明确膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断和治疗方法，并根据具体病情为膝关节骨性关节炎患者制定有效、科学的治疗方案对改善患者预后具有重要意义。本文就膝关节骨性关节炎的发病机制、影像学诊断及治疗方法作一综述，以期为膝关节骨性关节炎诊疗提供理论支持。
Abstract:
Knee osteoarthritis is a kind of chronic degenerative joint disease, in the early stage of the disease, conservative treatment is given priority to, such as physical therapy and drug treatment; in the later stage, the symptoms are severe and the conservative treatment effect is poor, and surgical treatment is required.Therefore, clarifying the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and formulating effective and scientific treatment plans for patients with knee osteoarthritis according to the specific condition is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the pathogenesis, imaging diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis, in order to provide theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
