摘要:
慢性踝关节不稳作为运动医学研究领域的热点问题之一,了解其发病机制并正确诊治,是保证患者有效康复的前提。目前有关慢性踝关节不稳的发病机制尚存在争议,诊断方法也缺乏统一标准,本文就慢性踝关节不稳的分类、发病机制和诊断方法进行综合梳理,并分析仍存在的问题,为今后的研究提供理论参考,也为慢性踝关节不稳的进一步研究提供理论支持。
Abstract:
Chronic ankle instability is one of the hot issues in the field of sports medicine research. Understanding its pathogenesis and correct diagnosis and treatment are the prerequisites to ensure effective recovery of patients.At present, there are still controversies about the pathogenesis of chronic ankle instability, and the diagnostic methods lack uniform standards.This article comprehensively sorts out the classification, pathogenesis and diagnostic methods of chronic ankle instability, and analyzes the remaining problems, providing theoretical references for future research, and also providing theoretical support for further research on chronic ankle instability.
