摘要:
目的 分析《医学信息学杂志》2010-2019年刊载论文的研究热点。方法 在CNKI期刊数据库检索《医学信息学杂志》2010-2019年间发表的文献,运用文献题录信息分析工具统计关键词数量及频次,使用Donohue高频词低频词界分公式确定高频关键词,利用SATI生成高频关键词频次矩阵,并使用SPSS 23.0提供的因子分析和层次聚类分析方法探究各高频关键词之间的内在联系。结果 最终纳入有效文献2599篇;根据Donohue高频词低频词分界公式,最终选定32个高频关键词,包括图书馆、医院信息系统及电子病历等;通过生成的高频关键词矩阵,得到对应的聚类谱系图,32个高频关键词共聚成5类,分别为文献计量知识图谱、图书馆知识服务、信息技术在健康医疗领域的深入应用、信息素养培养研究以及文献检索与科技查新。结论 《医学信息学杂志》2010-2019年发表的论文形成了文献计量知识图谱、图书馆知识服务、信息技术在健康医疗领域的深入应用、信息素养培养研究、文献检索与科技查新5个热点领域。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research hotspots of papers published in Journal of Medical Informatics from 2010 to 2019.Methods The literature published in the Journal of Medical Informatics from 2010 to 2019 was searched in the CNKI journal database. The number and frequency of keywords were counted using the literature bibliography information analysis tool. The high-frequency keywords were determined using the Donohue high-frequency word low-frequency word boundary formula. The SATI was used to generate a high-frequency keyword frequency matrix, and the factor analysis and hierarchical clustering analysis methods provided by SPSS 23.0 were used to explore the internal relationship between high-frequency keywords.Results Finally, 2599 valid articles were included; according to the Donohue high-frequency words and low-frequency words boundary formula, 32 high-frequency keywords were finally selected, including libraries, hospital information systems and electronic medical records. Through the generated high-frequency keywords matrix, the corresponding clustering pedigree map was obtained, and 32 high-frequency keywords were clustered into five categories, namely, bibliometric knowledge map, library knowledge service, in-depth application of information technology in the field of health care, information literacy training research and literature retrieval and scientific and technological novelty retrieval.Conclusion The papers published in the Journal of Medical Informatics from 2010 to 2019 have formed five hot areas: bibliometric knowledge map, library knowledge service, in-depth application of information technology in health care, information literacy training research, literature retrieval and sci-tech novelty retrieval.
