摘要:
目的 研究局部正骨推拿配合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果及对患者疼痛程度和活动功能的影响。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年5月我院康复医学科收治的78例颈肩腰腿痛患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各39例。对照组采用局部正骨推拿治疗，观察组在对照组基础上配合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰屈曲活动范围及肢体运动功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（94.87% vs 79.49%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组VAS评分、M-JOA评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组腰屈曲范围与腰椎曲度均大于治疗前，且观察组大于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组CASCS、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 局部正骨推拿配合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果显著，可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度，改善其腰屈曲活动度，促进肢体活动功能的恢复。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of local bone setting massage combined with acupuncture on neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain and its effect on pain degree and activity function.Methods A total of 78 patients with neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with local bone setting massage, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pain degree, lumbar flexion range and limb motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (94.87% vs 79.49%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and M-JOA score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the lumbar flexion range and lumbar curvature of the two groups were greater than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were greater than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the CASCS and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Local bone setting massage combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, which can effectively reduce the degree of pain, improve the activity of lumbar flexion, and promote the recovery of limb activity function.
