摘要:
目的 探索SIX1和SIX4蛋白在结肠腺瘤性息肉中的表达及意义。方法 利用组织芯片及组织切片,通过免疫组化检测结肠腺瘤性息肉组织、结肠癌组织及癌旁组织中SIX1和SIX4蛋白的表达情况,分析结肠腺瘤性息肉中SIX1和SIX4蛋白表达的意义。结果 结肠腺瘤性息肉组织中SIX1、SIX4蛋白表达低于结肠癌组织,高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SIX1、SIX4蛋白表达在结肠腺瘤性息肉内定位于结肠上皮细胞质及细胞膜。结论 SIX1和SIX4可能在结肠腺瘤性息肉发生过程中发挥作用,检测SIX1和SIX4蛋白表达有助于结肠癌的早期诊断。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the expression and significance of SIX1 and SIX4 proteins in colorectal adenomatous polyps.Methods The expression of SIX1 and SIX4 proteins in colorectal adenomatous polyps, colon cancer tissues and paracancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry using tissue chips and sections, and the significance of SIX1 and SIX4 protein expression in colorectal adenomatous polyps was analyzed.Results The expression levels of SIX1 and SIX4 proteins in colon adenomatous polyp tissues were lower than those in colon cancer tissues, and higher than those in adjacent tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of SIX1 and SIX4 proteins was localized in the cytoplasm and cell membrane of colon epithelial cells in colon adenomatous polyps.Conclusion SIX1 and SIX4 may play a role in the occurrence of colorectal adenomatous polyps. Detection of SIX1 and SIX4 protein expression may contribute to the early diagnosis of colon cancer.
