目的 分析晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)、氧化应激指标在急性脑梗死患者中的临床意义。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年12月河北省中医院脑病科收治的急性脑梗死患者56例作为急性脑梗死组,另选取同期本院健康体检者30例作为对照组,比较两组AGEs及氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)]及急性脑梗死组中不同NIHSS评分患者AGEs及氧化应激指标,并采用Pearson相关性分析急性脑梗死患者AGEs与NIHSS评分、MDA、SOD、T-AOC的关系。结果 急性脑梗死组AGEs、MDA水平高于对照组,SOD、T-AOC水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NIHSS≥4分者AGEs、MDA水平高于NIHSS<4分者,SOD、T-AOC水平低于NIHSS<4分者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,急性脑梗死患者AGEs与NIHSS评分、MDA呈正相关(r=0.326、0.328,P<0.05),与SOD、T-AOC呈负相关(r=-0.297、-0.267,P<0.05)。结论 急性脑梗死严重程度与AGEs、氧化应激密切相关,AGEs可能是急性脑梗死患者危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and oxidate stress in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 56 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as acute cerebral infarction group, and 30 healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. AGEs and oxidative stress indexes [malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC)] and AGEs and oxidative stress indexes of patients with different NIHSS scores in the two groups were compared, and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between AGEs and NIHSS scores, MDA, SOD and T-AOC in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results The levels of AGEs and MDA in the acute cerebral infarction group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of SOD and T-AOC were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of AGEs and MDA in patients with NIHSS≥4 scores were higher than those in patients with NIHSS<4 scores, and the levels of SOD and T-AOC were lower than those in patients with NIHSS<4 scores, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that AGEs in patients with acute cerebral infarction were positively correlated with NIHSS score and MDA (r=0.326, 0.328, P<0.05), and negatively correlated with SOD and T-AOC (r=-0.297, -0.267, P<0.05).Conclusion The severity of acute cerebral infarction is closely related to AGEs and oxidative stress. AGEs may be a risk factor for acute cerebral infarction.
