摘要:
目的 观察基于德尔菲法的系统性共情教育改善实习护生共情能力的作用。方法 于2019年6月-12月在我院抽取260名本科护生为研究对象,根据信封法随机分为对照组(121名)和干预组(139名),对照组不干预,干预组接受系统性共情教育,比较两组共情能力。结果 干预组护生JSE-HPS量表评分为(127.51±14.19)分,高于干预前的(115.31±21.36)分及对照组的(114.75±14.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护生JSE-HPS量表中观点采择、情感护理、换位思考3个领域得分分别为(12.82±1.83)分、(45.26±5.17)分、(50.63±6.12)分,均高于对照组的(11.32±2.05)分、(41.54±5.26)分、(44.38±7.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于德尔菲法的系统性共情教育方案有利于提高护理本科生的共情能力。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of systematic empathy education based on Delphi method on improving the empathy ability of interns.Methods A total of 260 undergraduate nursing students in our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=121) and the intervention group (n=139) according to the envelope method. The control group was not intervened, and the intervention group received systematic empathy education. The empathy ability of the two groups was compared.Results The JSE-HPS scale score of nursing students in the intervention group was (127.51±14.19) scores, which was higher than that of (115.31±21.36) scores before intervention and (114.75±14.59) scores in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the JSE-HPS scale of nursing students in the intervention group, the scores in the three fields of point selection, emotional nursing and transposition thinking were (12.82±1.83) scores, (45.26±5.17) scores and (50.63±6.12) scores, respectively, which were higher than those of (11.32±2.05) scores, (41.54±5.26) and (44.38±7.17) scores in the control group, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic empathy education program based on Delphi method is conducive to improving the empathy ability of nursing undergraduates.
