摘要:
目的 探究肝功能检验对甲状腺功能亢进患者代谢紊乱程度的检测价值。方法 将2020年7月-2021年7月天津市河西医院收治的50例甲亢患者设为甲状腺功能亢进组,以同期50名体检健康者设为对照组,比较两组甲状腺功能[促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)]、肝功能指标[总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)]、肝功能异常率,并分析二者相关性。结果 甲状腺功能亢进组TSH低于对照组,FT3、FT4高于对照组(P<0.05);甲状腺功能亢进组TBiL、DBiL、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT高于对照组,TP、ALB低于对照组(P<0.05);甲状腺功能亢进组TBiL、DBiL、TP、ALB、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT异常率均高于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,FT3、FT4与TBiL、DBiL、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT呈正相关,与TP、ALB呈负相关(P<0.05);TSH与TBiL、DBiL、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、TP、ALB无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 肝功能指标与甲状腺激素水平密切相关,在甲状腺功能亢进疾病中具有一定检测价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of liver function test in detecting metabolic disorders in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods Fifty patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Tianjin Hexi Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were set as hyperthyroidism group, and 50 healthy subjects were set as control group. The thyroid function [thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4)], liver function indexes [total bilirubin (TBiL), direct bilirubin (DBiL), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT)] and abnormal rate of liver function were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Results TSH in hyperthyroidism group was lower than that in control group, FT3 and FT4 were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). TBiL, DBiL, ALT, AST, ALP and GGT in hyperthyroidism group were higher than those in control group, TP and ALB were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The abnormal rates of TBiL, DBiL, TP, ALB, ALT, AST, ALP and GGT in hyperthyroidism group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that FT3 and FT4 were positively correlated with TBiL, DBiL, ALT, AST, ALP and GGT, and negatively correlated with TP and ALB (P<0.05). TSH was not correlated with TBiL, DBiL, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, TP and ALB (P>0.05).Conclusion Liver function indexes are closely related to thyroid hormone levels, and have certain detection value in hyperthyroidism.
