摘要:
目的 探讨国外限时饮食对超重肥胖人群影响的研究现状，分析该领域的研究热点，为限时饮食在中国超重肥胖人群中的应用提供参考依据。方法 检索Web of Science中限时饮食在超重肥胖人群中应用的相关文献，检索时限为建库至2023年2月10日，应用可视化软件CiteSpace5.7.R5进行文献计量学分析。结果 共检索322条文献，发文量呈逐年上升趋势，尤其在近两年上升幅度较大，发文最多的机构是Salk Inst Biol Studies（索尔克研究所生物学研究机构），且机构间的合作较为紧密，发文量排名前3的期刊是CELL METAB、OBESITY、AM J CLIN NUTR，形成以Krista V、Emily NC等作者合作圈，研究热点为间歇性饮食、限时喂养、胰岛素抵抗、生物节律、食物摄入、新陈代谢等预测，时间线图显示#02insulin resistence（胰岛素抵抗力）、#06clock（时钟）、#10high-fat diet（高脂肪饮食）所代表的研究领域时间跨度较长。结论 限时饮食在超重肥胖人群中所起的作用越来越受到临床医务工作者的重视，通过改变患者生物节律来调节机体代谢等是未来研究的前沿话题。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research status of the effect of time-restricted eating on overweight and obese people in foreign countries, and to analyze the research hotspots in this field, so as to provide reference for the application of time-restricted eating in overweight and obese people in China.Methods The relevant literature on the application of time-restricted eating for overweight and obese people in Web of Science was searched from the establishment of the database to February 10, 2023, and the visualization software CiteSpace5.7.R5 was used for bibliometric analysis.Results A total of 322 articles were retrieved, and the number of articles showed an increasing trend year by year, especially in the past two years. The institution with the largest number of articles was Salk Inst Biol Studies, and the cooperation between institutions was relatively close. The top three journals with the largest number of articles were CELL METAB, OBESITY, and AMJ CLIN NUTR, forming a cooperative circle of Krista V, Emily NC and other authors. The research hotspots were intermittent fasting, time-restricted feeding, insulin resistance, biological rhythm, food intake, metabolism and so on. The timeline diagram showed that the research fields represented by #02 insulin resistance, #06 clock and #10 high-fat diet had a long time span.Conclusion The role of time-restricted eating in overweight and obese people has been paid more and more attention by clinical medical workers. It is the frontier topic of future research to regulate the metabolism of the body by changing the biological rhythm of patients.
