摘要:
目的 评价弩药液的皮肤刺激性及皮肤过敏性,为弩药液的应用提供安全依据。方法 皮肤刺激性试验:家兔4只,雌雄各半。采用自身对照,左侧为对照部位(温水),右侧为给药部位(弩药液),连续给药14 d,观察涂抹药局部有无红斑、水肿等反应,进行皮肤刺激反应及刺激强度评分,并取给药部位皮肤进行组织病理学检查。皮肤过敏性试验:豚鼠30只,雌雄各半,分为对照组(温水)、2-4二硝基氯苯阳性组(致敏1.0% 0.2 ml/只、激发0.1% 0.2 ml/只)和给药组(弩药液适量),于第1、7、14天在豚鼠左侧致敏,末次致敏结束后第14 d,右侧进行激发接触,并于激发后1、24、48和72 h观察过敏反应情况,计算各组豚鼠反应平均值和致敏率。结果 弩药液皮肤刺激试验中,皮肤反应积分均值为0,皮肤刺激强度为无刺激性,病理检查均未见组织病理学改变;在豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验中,弩药液组及对照组豚鼠激发接触72 h内观察,皮肤无红斑及水肿现象出现,其反应级别平均值为0,致敏率为0。结论 在家兔皮肤刺激性试验和豚鼠皮肤过敏性试验中,弩药液对家兔皮肤无刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无过敏性。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the skin irritation and skin allergy of crossbow medicine, and to provide a safety basis for the application of crossbow medicine.Methods Skin irritation test: four rabbits, half male and half female. Using self-control, the left side was the control site ( warm water ), and the right side was the administration site (crossbow medicine). After 14 days of continuous administration, the local erythema and edema were observed, and the skin irritation reaction and stimulation intensity were scored. The skin of the administration site was taken for histopathological examination. Skin allergy test: thirty guinea pigs, half male and half female, were divided into control group (warm water), 2-4-dinitrochlorobenzene positive group (sensitization 1.0% 0.2 ml/guinea pig, challenge 0.1% 0.2 ml/guinea pig) and administration group (appropriate amount of crossbow liquid). Guinea pigs were sensitized on the left side on the 1st, 7th and 14th day, and challenged on the right side on the 14th day after the last sensitization. Allergic reactions were observed at 1 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after challenge, and the average reaction and sensitization rate of guinea pigs in each group were calculated.Results In the skin irritation test of crossbow medicine, the mean value of skin reaction score was 0, the intensity of skin irritation was non-irritation, and no histopathological changes were found in pathological examination. In the skin allergy test of guinea pigs, no erythema and edema were observed in the skin of guinea pigs in the crossbow medicine group and the control group within 72 h, and the average reaction level was 0, and the sensitization rate was 0.Conclusion In the rabbit skin irritation test and guinea pig skin allergy test, the crossbow medicine has no irritation to rabbit skin and no allergy to guinea pig skin.
