摘要:
目的 对比不同根管充填糊剂对慢性根尖炎患者侧副根管的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2023年4月在我院诊治的60例慢性根尖炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组30例。对照组采用朗力根管充填糊剂充填，观察组采用AH-plus 根管充填糊剂充填。比较两组治疗效果、牙周健康指数[菌斑指数（PLT）、牙龈指数（GI）、牙周袋探诊深度（PD）、出血指数（BI）]、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）]、疼痛（VAS）评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组侧副根管充填率（86.67%）高于对照组（63.33%）（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后PLT、GI、PD、BI均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后IL-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 不同根管充填糊剂对慢性根尖炎患者侧副根管的治疗效果存在差异，AH-plus根管充填糊剂充填效果显著，可提高侧副根管充填效果，降低不良反应，减轻患者疼痛，且可改善牙周健康指数，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of different root canal filling pastes in the treatment of lateral accessory root canals for patients with chronic apicitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic apicitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was filled with Langli root canal filling paste, and the observation group was filled with AH-plus root canal filling paste. The treatment effect, periodontal health index [plaque index (PLT), gingival index (GI), periodontal pocket depth (PD), bleeding index (BI)], inflammatory factor levels [interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8)], pain (VAS) score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The filling rate of lateral accessory root canal in the observation group (86.67%) was higher than that in the control group (63.33%) (P<0.05). The PLT, GI, PD and BI of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group was lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than those before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Different root canal filling pastes have different effects on the treatment of lateral accessory root canals in patients with chronic apicitis. AH-plus root canal filling paste has a significant filling effect, which can improve the filling effect of lateral accessory root canals, reduce adverse reactions, relieve patients’ pain, and improve periodontal health index. It is worthy of clinical application.
