摘要:
目的 探讨新生血管性青光眼(NVG)在过去十年中的发展情况,以及国内外研究者对此领域的关注度。方法 通过Web of Science数据库获取2013-2022年间有关NVG的年份、国籍、地域、基金投入、出版物、学术论著以及引文的信息,然后运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer进行关键词分布、聚类分析及文献共被引聚类分析。结果 2013-2022年间NVG相关文献共562篇,文献数年度变化不明显,呈现逐年线性增长趋势;562篇文献中,美国作者的发表量最多,共到130篇,占总篇数的23.13%;其次为中国作者,发表量达101篇,占总篇数的17.97%;研究文献语种以英语为主;从2013年开始,中国国家自然科学基金的论文排名第1;此外,从2014年开始,JOURNAL OF GLAUCOMA的论文数量和总被引频次均处于较高水平,总被引频次最高的研究机构为伦敦大学。发文量排名前3位的作者来自美国,前10名中有6位来自中国。聚类分析显示,高频主题词24个,主要聚类为2个类别,一个是NVG的病因学研究,另一个是NVG的治疗和管理研究。通过关键字网络图以及Overlay图显示,当前的研究重心集中在病因与治疗方面,而抗VEGF的研究也成为了一个新的焦点。文献共被引聚类分析显示,引文共聚类于14个共引组。结论 NVG研究文献逐年增长,热点话题包括病因学和治疗,而分子机制的研究则有望成为未来 NVG研究的重要方向。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the development of neovascular glaucoma (NVG) in the past decade and the attention of researchers at home and abroad in this field.Methods The year, nationality, region, fund investment, publications, academic works and citations of NVG from 2013 to 2022 were obtained from the Web of Science database, and then CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used for keyword distribution, cluster analysis and literature co-citation cluster analysis.Results From 2013 to 2022, there were 562 articles related to NVG. The annual change of the number of articles was not obvious, showing a linear growth trend year by year. Among the 562 articles, American authors published the most, with a total of 130 articles, accounting for 23.13% of the total number of articles; followed by Chinese authors, published 101 articles, accounting for 17.97% of the total number of articles. The language of the research article was mainly English. Since 2013, the articles funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China ranked No.1. In addition, since 2014, the number of articles and the total citation frequency of JOURNAL OF GLAUCOMA had been at a high level, and the research institution with the highest total citation frequency was the University of London. The top 3 authors were from the United States, and 6 of the top 10 authors were from China. The cluster analysis showed that there were 24 high-frequency keywords, which were mainly clustered into two categories, one was the etiology study of NVG, and the other was the treatment and management study of NVG. According to the keyword network diagram and Overlay diagram, the current research focused on the etiology and treatment, and the study of anti-VEGF has becomed a new focus. The co-citation cluster analysis of the literature showed that the citations were clustered in 14 co-citation groups.Conclusion The research articles on NVG is increasing year by year, hot topics include etiology and treatment, and the study of molecular mechanism is expected to become an important direction of NVG research in the future.
