摘要:
目的 探讨冠心病患者血清中血管生成素-2、MMP-11的表达变化及意义。方法 选取2018年1月-2023年6月在昌邑市人民医院治疗的冠心病患者50例作为试验组，并选取50例同期健康人为对照组。采用ELISA试验检测试验组、对照组人群中血清血管生成素-2、MMP-11的表达水平。并探讨血管生成素-2、MMP-11与临床指标的关系及血管生成素-2的变化与MMP-11的关系。结果 试验组血清血管生成素-2、MMP-11的表达水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。不同冠心病确诊时间、年龄、性别患者血管生成素-2及MMP-11的表达水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。不同冠状动脉病变支数、侧支循环患者血管生成素-2及MMP-11的表达水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。血管生成素-2的表达变化与MMP-11的表达呈正相关（r=0.315，P=0.013）。结论 冠心病患者血清中血管生成素-2、MMP-11的表达异常，血管生成素-2的异常表达与MMP-11之间相互作用并起协同作用，共同影响了冠心病患者血管形成障碍的过程，参与了冠心病的发生发展。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease treated in Changyi People’s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the experimental group, and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group. The expression levels of serum angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 in the experimental group and the control group were tested by ELISA. And the relationship between angiopoietin-2, MMP-11 and clinical indexes, and the relationship between the change of angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 were investigated.Results The expression levels of serum angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the expression levels of angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 in patients with different coronary heart disease diagnosis time, age and gender (P>0.05). There were significant differences in the expression levels of angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 in patients with different coronary artery lesions and collateral circulation (P<0.05). The expression of angiopoietin-2 was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-11 (r=0.315, P=0.013).Conclusion The expression of angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 in serum of patients with coronary heart disease is abnormal. The abnormal expression of angiopoietin-2 and MMP-11 interact and play a synergistic role, which jointly affect the process of angiogenesis disorder in patients with coronary heart disease and participate in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
