摘要:
目的 分析床边护理联合互动式健康教育对小儿肺炎患者临床配合度及康复时间的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年3月我院诊治的60例小儿肺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展床边护理联合互动式健康教育干预,比较两组临床患儿配合度、临床症状和体征消失时间、住院时间、儿童心理情绪(SCARED)、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果 观察组患儿配合优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组患儿发热、气促、肺部湿啰音、咳嗽消失和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后SCARED评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论 床边护理联合互动式健康教育可提升小儿肺炎患者临床配合度,缩短康复时间,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善儿童不良心理情绪,值得临床加以应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of bedside nursing combined with interactive health education on clinical cooperation and rehabilitation time of children with pneumonia.Methods Sixty children with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given bedside nursing combined with interactive health education intervention. The cooperation degree, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs, hospitalization time, children’s psychological emotion (SCARED), nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of cooperation in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of fever, shortness of breath, pulmonary rales, cough and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SCARED score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 26.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bedside nursing combined with interactive health education can improve the clinical cooperation of children with pneumonia, shorten the recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and improve children’s adverse psychological emotions. It is worthy of clinical application.
