摘要:
目的 观察细节护理联合引导式教育对糖尿病肾病患者自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年1月吉水县人民医院接诊的62例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组31例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组开展细节护理联合引导式教育，比较两组患者自我管理能力、生活质量水平、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 两组自我管理能力各维度评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组生活质量各维度评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为9.68%，低于对照组的22.58%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.77%，高于对照组的83.87%（P＜0.05）。结论 细节护理联合引导式教育可提高糖尿病肾病患者自我管理能力，改善生活质量水平，提升护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，具有较理想的护理效果，值得临床加以应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing combined with guided education on self-management ability and quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 62 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Jishui County People’s Hospital of from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given detailed nursing combined with guided education. The self-management ability, quality of life, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension of self-management ability in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher that those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.68%, which was lower than 22.58% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%, which was higher than 83.87% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing combined with guided education can improve the self-management ability of patients with diabetic nephropathy, improve the quality of life, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications. It has ideal nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application.
