摘要:
目的 研究口腔宝对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的影响。方法 以2020年5月-2023年10月赣县区人民医院综合ICU收治的82例机械通气患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),对照组行常规口腔擦拭,观察组在其基础上行口腔宝冲洗处理,比较两组口腔卫生情况[简化口腔卫生指数(OHI-S)、菌斑指数(PLI)]、VAP发生情况、临床不良事件、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间。结果 两组OHI-S、PLI评分低于处理前,且观察组OHI-S、PLI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VAP发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床不良事件发生率小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口腔宝冲洗可改善ICU机械通气患者的口腔卫生情况,降低VAP发生风险,减少不良事件的发生,缩短患者的机械通气时间及ICU住院时间。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of Kouqiangbao on ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).Methods A total of 82 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted to the comprehensive ICU of Ganxian District People’s Hospital from May 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (41 patients) and observation group (41 patients) by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine oral wiping, and the observation group was treated with Kouqiangbao washing on the basis of the control group. The oral health status [Oral Hygiene Index-Simplified (OHI-S), plaque index (PLI)], VAP occurrence, clinical adverse events, mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of OHI-S and PLI in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of OHI-S and PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of VAP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of clinical adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Kouqiangbao can improve the oral hygiene of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation, reduce the risk of VAP, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, shorten the mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time.
