摘要:
目的 研究高锰酸钾联合康复新液、浓氯化钠对吻合器痔上粘膜环切术（PPH）患者术后康复的影响。方法 以2022年1月-2023年12月于都县人民医院拟行PPH治疗的60例混合痔患者为研究对象，经随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例）。对照组给予术后高锰酸钾（1∶5000）坐浴，观察组在其基础上联合康复新液冲洗与浓氯化钠外敷，比较两组创面愈合效果、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分（VAS）]、术后恢复时间（住院天数、术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间）、出血发生率、水肿发生率、复发率。结果 观察组创面愈合优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后VAS评分（静止时、活动时）低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组住院天数、术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组出血发生率、水肿发生率、复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 高锰酸钾、康复新液及浓氯化钠联合可有效改善PPH患者的创面愈合效果，缓解其术后疼痛，缩短康复时长，降低患者的出血、水肿及复发概率。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of potassium permanganate combined with Kangfuxin solution and concentrated sodium chloride on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH).Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were treated with PPH in the Yudu County People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (30 patients) and observation group (30 patients) by random number table method. The control group was given postoperative potassium permanganate (1∶5000) sitz bath, and the observation group was combined with Kangfuxin solution irrigation and concentrated sodium chloride external application on the basis of the control group. The wound healing effect, postoperative pain degree [Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)], postoperative recovery time (hospitalization days, postoperative pain time, wound healing time), bleeding incidence, edema incidence and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative VAS score (at rest and during activity) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hospitalization days, postoperative pain time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of bleeding, edema and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of potassium permanganate, Kangfuxin solution and concentrated sodium chloride can effectively improve the wound healing effect of PPH patients, relieve postoperative pain, shorten the recovery time, and reduce the probability of bleeding, edema and recurrence.
