摘要:
目的 研究中药涂擦联合常规康复护理对腰椎骨折患者疼痛症状及日常生活能力的影响。方法 选取2020年2月-2023年2月我院诊治的60例腰椎骨折患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30）。对照组开展常规护理，观察组开展中药涂擦联合常规康复护理，比较两组疼痛评分（VAS）、腰椎功能评分（JOA）、日常生活能力评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较，观察组干预后VAS评分更低，JOA评分、日常生活能力评分更高（P＜0.05）；且与对照组并发症发生率的16.67%比较，观察组并发症发生率更低，为6.67%（P＜0.05）；与对照组护理满意度的83.33%比较，观察组护理满意度更高，达96.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 中药涂擦联合常规康复护理可促进腰椎骨折患者日常生活能力恢复，减轻疼痛程度，降低并发症发生率，改善腰椎功能，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing on pain symptoms and daily living ability of patients with lumbar fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar spine fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing. The pain score (VAS), lumbar function score (JOA), daily living ability score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the VAS score of the observation group was lower, the JOA score and the daily living ability score were higher(P<0.05). Compared with 16.67% of the incidence of complications in the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower, accounting for 6.67% (P<0.05). Compared with 83.33% of the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher, reaching 96.67% (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of daily living ability of patients with lumbar fracture, reduce the degree of pain, reduce the incidence of complications, improve lumbar function and improve nursing satisfaction.
