摘要:
目的 探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果及对神经功能缺损的影响。方法 选择2020年10月-2023年10月定南第二医院收治的急性脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和研究组，每组30例。对照组应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗，研究组应用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、C反应蛋白（CRP）]、中枢神经特异蛋白（S100）水平、神经功能缺损情况及认知功能（即刻记忆、计算力、定向力、语言与执行能力）。结果 研究组总有效率较对照组高（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗后血清IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗后S100水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗后神经功能缺损情况低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗后认知功能水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效确切，可以减轻患者血清炎性因子水平以及神经功能缺损情况，改善患者脑神经递质水平以及认知功能，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on neurologic impairment. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Dingnan Second Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, all patients were divided into control group and study group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium, and the study group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factors [interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP)], central nervous specific protein (S100) levels, neurologic impairment and cognitive function (immediate memory, computing power, orientation, language and executive ability) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of S100 in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, theneurologic impairment in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of cognitive function in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium is effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and neurologic impairment, and improve the level of brain neurotransmitters and cognitive function. It is worthy of clinical application.
