摘要:
目的 研究机械辅助排痰联合细节护理在小儿肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月在我院诊治的60例的小儿肺炎患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予机械辅助排痰联合细节护理，比较两组患儿临床症状（气促、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部湿啰音）恢复情况、住院时间、不同时间排痰量、护理依从率、肺功能指标[第1秒呼气容积（FEV1）、最大自主通气量（MVV）]。结果 观察组患儿气促、咳嗽、咳痰、肺部湿啰音消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预第3天、第5天排痰量均大于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿护理依从率为93.33%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）；两组干预后患儿FEV1、MVV均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 机械辅助排痰联合细节护理在小儿肺炎患儿中的应用效果确切，可缩短住院时间，促进临床症状快速改善，增加排痰量，提高患儿护理依从率，改善患儿肺功能指标，促进患儿快速康复，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of mechanical assisted expectoration combined with detailed nursing in children with pneumonia. Methods From April 2022 to April 2023, 60 children with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 children in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given mechanical assisted expectoration combined with detailed nursing. The recovery of clinical symptoms (shortness of breath, cough, sputum, lung wet rales), hospitalization time, sputum volume at different time, nursing compliance rate, lung function index [the first second expiratory volume (FEV1), maximum voluntary ventilation (MVV)] were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of shortness of breath, cough, expectoration, lung moist rale and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The sputum volume of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 3rd and 5th day of intervention (P<0.05). The nursing compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, FEV1 and MVV in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Mechanical assisted expectoration combined with detailed nursing has a definite application effect in children with pneumonia, which can shorten the hospitalization time, promote the rapid improvement of clinical symptoms, increase the amount of expectoration, improve the nursing compliance rate of children, improve the lung function index of children, and promote the rapid recovery of children. It is worthy of clinical application.
