摘要:
目的 探究胃苏颗粒联合四联方案治疗幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法 选取修水县中医院2021年6月-2023年6月收治的60例Hp感染慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数表法分为研究组30例和对照组30例。对照组以四联疗法治疗，研究组在其基础上联合应用胃苏颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、Hp根除率/复发率、中医证候（胃脘胀满、胃脘疼痛、反酸、大便稀溏）积分、不良反应（腹痛、反酸、恶心、胀气）发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%，与对照组治疗总有效率的73.33%比较，研究组更高（P＜0.05）。研究组Hp根除率为96.67%，复发率为6.67%，分别与对照组的Hp根除率76.67%、复发率26.67%比较，研究组Hp根除率更高，复发率更低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，研究组和对照组中医症候积分均低于治疗前，且与对照组比较，研究组中医症候积分更低（P＜0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%，低于对照组不良反应发生率的30.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 在Hp感染慢性胃炎治疗中，胃苏颗粒联合四联方案的临床效果突出，可以提高患者Hp清除率，降低患者中医症候积分以及复发率，减少用药后的不良反应，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Weisu granules combined with quadruple regimen in the treatment of chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods According to the random number table method, totally 60 chronic gastritis patients with Hp infection admitted to Xiushui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into study group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients). The control group was treated with quadruple therapy, and the study group was treated with Weisu granules on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The therapeutic effect, Hp eradication rate/recurrence rate, TCM syndrome (epigastric fullness, epigastric pain, acid reflux, loose stool) score, and incidence of adverse reactions (abdominal pain, acid reflux, nausea, flatulence) were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with 73.33% of the total effective rate of the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, and the total effective rate of the study group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the Hp eradication rate of 76.67% and the recurrence rate of 26.67% in the control group, the Hp eradication rate of the study group was 96.67 % and the recurrence rate was 6.67%， the Hp eradication rate of the study group was higher and the recurrence rate was lower (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%, which was lower than 30.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp infection, the clinical effect of Weisu granule combined with quadruple regimen is outstanding, which can improve the Hp clearance rate, reduce the TCM symptom score and recurrence rate, and reduce the adverse reactions after medication. It is worthy of clinical application.
