摘要:
目的 确定参葛补肾胶囊中淫羊藿的最佳薄层色谱条件,以建立可操作、专属性强、准确可靠的质量控制方法。方法 以淫羊藿对照药材和淫羊藿苷对照品为指标成分,将参葛补肾胶囊提取液在层析板上点样,考察展开剂和供试品溶剂对薄层色谱分析的影响,以筛选出最佳的薄层色谱条件。结果 采用硅胶G薄层板,以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(7∶2.5∶0.25)为展开剂,喷以1%三氯化铝乙醇溶液,置365 nm紫外光灯下检视。该色谱斑点清晰,各组分分离效果好,且在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上,分别显相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论 该方法可用于参葛补肾胶囊中淫羊藿的定性鉴别。
Abstract:
Objective To establish an operable, specific, accurate and reliable quality control method for Epimedium brevicornu Maxim. in Shenge Bushen capsule by determining the optimal thin layer chromatography conditions. Methods With Epimedium brevicornu Maxim. reference medicinal materials and icariin reference substance as index components, the extract of Shenge Bushen capsule was spotted on the chromatographic plate, and the effects of developing agent and test solvent on thin layer chromatography analysis were investigated to screen out the best thin layer chromatography conditions. Results The silica gel G thin layer plate was used, with chloroform-methanol-water (7∶2.5∶0.25) as the developing agent, sprayed with 1% aluminum chloride ethanol solution, and examined under a 365 nm ultraviolet lamp. The chromatographic spots were clear, the separation effect of each component was good, and the fluorescent spots of the same color were shown at the corresponding positions of the control medicinal materials. Conclusion This method can be used for the qualitative identification of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim. in Shenge Bushen capsule.
